[Remote] Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tech Observer is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to support clinical information systems in a large, multi-regional healthcare system. The role focuses on system operations and maintenance, application implementations and conversions, workflow improvements, troubleshooting, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation, administration, and maintenance of clinical information systems
• Participate in application conversions and implementations
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to enhance clinical workflows, methodologies, and tools
• Provide application support for medium- to high-complexity acute and non-acute care clinical applications
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems in accordance with established ITIL processes
• Apply healthcare domain knowledge and technical expertise to support assigned clinical applications
• Troubleshoot application issues and help ensure system functionality and reliability
• Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders
• Support project management activities and contribute to successful project delivery

Skills

• Epic Willow Ambulatory experience and a valid Epic certification
• Hands-on experience with clinical application conversions and implementations
• Strong healthcare information systems knowledge and technical expertise
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
• 5–7 years of clinical information systems experience or equivalent
• 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent
• Experience supporting complex clinical applications in large healthcare systems
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes
