Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LoanCare is a leading provider of mortgage loan subservicing and servicing solutions. The Escrow Analysis Processor I reviews and validates escrow-related loan data, processes analysis reports, updates loan records, and communicates with clients while following regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Review loan data to validate tax, hazard, and other escrowed items
- Order the trial and final mass escrow analysis reports by state each month
- Review each loan to ensure analysis accuracy and update changes and/or corrections to the loans
- Review monthly edit reports of loans not analyzed and make corrections/updates
- Review and analyze loans with force-placed insurance
- Review and analyze loans in foreclosure, loss mitigation, and bankruptcy
- Process designated task queues within the servicing platform
- Communicate with clients regarding escrow analysis questions
- Follow and update mortgage servicing regulatory and compliance guidelines
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage time and priorities wisely
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with peers in a team environment to attain common goals
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or mortgage banking preferred
