[Remote] Executive Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad is hiring an Executive Recruiter for its Professional Talent Specialty. The role builds client relationships and new business in the finance and accounting industry while sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates and providing strategic staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships with new and existing clients to gain in-depth insights into their unique hiring needs within the dynamic finance and accounting industry
• Act as a strategic partner, offering tailored solutions and showcasing the value of Randstad's Professional Talent Solutions
• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving the expansion of our client portfolio
• Showcase the depth and breadth of our services, positioning Randstad as the go-to partner for top-tier talent in the finance and accounting sector
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top talent in the finance and accounting field
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a precise match between candidate skills and client requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide innovative, strategic solutions
• Proactively address potential issues, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding client expectations and contributing to their ongoing success

Skills

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales and recruiting experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• History of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
• Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
