[Remote] Experienced Healthcare Recruiter-Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RapidX is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support its internal HR team and hiring managers. The role manages assigned recruiting efforts from candidate sourcing through selection and offer coordination, primarily for healthcare professionals including mobile X-ray and ultrasound technologists.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities and candidate pipelines for assigned openings, markets, and territories
• Manage assigned job postings and recruiting campaigns and recommend updates based on recruiting activity and market response
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and actively identify qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other recruiting resources
• Review applications and resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings
• Evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, availability, and overall fit for assigned positions
• Conduct preliminary professional license and certification verification when applicable
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and timely follow-up throughout the recruiting process
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews and next steps with hiring managers
• Manage assigned candidates through the selection and offer coordination stage in collaboration with the RapidX HR team
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress, and provide regular pipeline updates

Skills

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Proven ability to actively source qualified candidates and produce recruiting results
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and follow-up skills
• Experience collaborating with HR teams and hiring managers
• Knowledge of online recruiting platforms, job boards, professional networks, and sourcing strategies
• Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple recruiting priorities
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting professionals in clinical, allied health, diagnostic imaging, radiology, or other healthcare settings is preferred
• Experience recruiting Mobile X-Ray Technologists, Ultrasound Technologists, or diagnostic imaging professionals is a plus, but not required
• Multi-state recruiting experience is preferred
