Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OpenTrain AI is seeking FDA regulatory attorneys for part-time AI legal training work. The role involves creating FDA compliance scenarios, evaluating AI analyses, writing expert answers, and identifying gaps in the AI’s legal reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic scenario-based questions from FDA rules, guidance and statutory requirements
- Review the AI's analysis of regulatory submissions and compliance procedures for accuracy
- Write clear expert answers on regulatory risk and liability
- Explain where the AI misses legal requirements and how to improve its guidance
Skills
- A Juris Doctor degree
- An active license issued for legal practice in the United States
- At least five years working on FDA legal matters involving regulatory strategy or compliance, with a background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or life sciences
- Fluent English
- Strong knowledge of federal regulatory procedures, including submission routes and compliance protocols
