This role uses investment funds legal expertise to create realistic scenarios, evaluate and improve AI-generated legal material, and summarize developments in fund structures and securities regulation.
Responsibilities
- Review investment-fund and asset-management documents, then annotate them for the project
- Create realistic questions, scenarios and case studies about fund formation and compliance
- Check AI-generated legal material against professional accuracy and regulatory expectations, editing it when needed
- Track changes in international fund structures and securities regulation, and summarize what they mean
Skills
- A Juris Doctor degree and current bar admission, maintained in good standing
- Extensive, recent legal experience counseling clients on asset-management matters and investment funds
- Professional fluency in English, plus a strong grasp of securities laws in the U.S. and internationally, fund governance, compliance protocols, and related legal documents
