A Full Renovation – Residential Remodeling is seeking a Financial Analyst to turn financial inputs into clear summaries for business stakeholders. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify missing inputs and raise questions about unusual figures
• Summarize cost and revenue trends using approved financial data
• Coordinate reporting inputs and clarify deadlines with stakeholders
• Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy
• Present analysis findings in plain language to other team members
• Compare actual results with budgets and prior-period figures
• Support regular budgeting and forecast updates using supplied assumptions

Skills

• Willingness to learn budgeting and reporting systems
• Ability to explain simple financial findings clearly
• Strong judgment when handling confidential financial information
• Foundational understanding of budgets, financial statements, and variances
• Experience with reconciliations or financial reports is helpful
