CareerUS Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to evaluate financial data, prepare reports, and analyze business performance. The role supports strategic decision-making through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, revenue, expenses, and business performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams
- Monitor key financial metrics and prepare management presentations
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and advanced functions
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is an advantage
