LinkedIn is seeking experienced Credit Operations Managers and Loan Officers for a one-time, paid project-based interview supporting its AI Marketplace. The role involves explaining real-world workflows for loan application intake, credit decisions, underwriting thresholds, delinquency management, and collections operations during a recorded AI-led interview.
Responsibilities
- You'll complete a ~45-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice
- How you evaluate loan applications and approve credit decisions
- How you apply underwriting thresholds such as debt-service coverage, loan-to-value, and policy exceptions
- How you review collections activity and delinquency status
- How you manage account strategy for at-risk or delinquent borrowers
- You will be asked to explain workflows specifically within: loan application intake through credit decision, and ongoing delinquency and collections management
Skills
- 6+ years in credit underwriting and collections operations
- Direct, hands-on experience in loan application intake through credit decision, and ongoing delinquency and collections management
- Experience making or influencing decisions related to underwriting thresholds, policy exceptions, reserve or charge-off triggers, and workout or legal referral decisions
- Familiarity with tools such as: loan origination systems, credit-bureau and covenant tools, and collections or workout tracking systems
- Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
- Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
- Experience working in a relevant cross-functional environment
