Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PayComplete is hiring an Experienced FP&A Analyst to help develop its FP&A capabilities across the business. The role focuses on financial analysis and insights that inform business decisions, including at Executive Leadership Team and Board level.
Responsibilities
- This is more than just producing reports and updating spreadsheets. It's about understanding the story behind the numbers, bringing fresh perspectives and helping inform important business decisions
- Your analysis and insights will help inform decisions at Executive Leadership Team and Board level
Skills
- 3+ years' experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI and ERP systems
- Practical experience using generative AI tools to support financial analysis and reporting
- A curious, commercially minded individual who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
