Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Odyssey Information Services is seeking a senior-level FP&A Lead to support financial management across a multi-company group. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, cash flow analysis, acquisition integration, and financial process improvement across multiple businesses and locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and financial models
- Consolidate financial results across multiple entities and locations
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and leadership to provide actionable financial analysis
- Support acquisition integration, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and financial systems
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, KPI visibility, and data accuracy
- Support ERP integrations and financial systems/process improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or accounting experience
- Strong FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow experience
- Experience supporting multi-entity/multi-location organizations
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting
- Manufacturing experience
- CPA, CFA, or CMA
- Power BI, Marquee, and/or QuickBooks experience
