[Remote] Financial Protection Representative

AO Globe Life is hiring a Financial Protection Representative to help clients understand benefit options, coverage, and enrollment through scheduled virtual consultations. The role also involves maintaining client records, following up with clients, and providing ongoing service and relationship support remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
