American Income Life / Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Financial Services Associate to support clients exploring insurance products that protect their financial well-being. The role involves virtual client appointments, needs-based conversations, explaining coverage options, maintaining client records, and participating in coaching and training.
Responsibilities
- Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and complete virtual appointments
- Conduct customer-focused needs reviews
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Assist clients with understanding product benefits
- Provide clear communication and timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development
Skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Strong people skills and client-focused mindset
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and computer systems
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Able to work effectively on an independent basis and within a team
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- No prior insurance experience is required
