The Financial Services Professional will meet virtually with prospective clients, help identify insurance and financial protection solutions, manage and grow a book of business, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance and financial services products — no cold calling
- Help clients identify insurance and financial protection solutions that fit their needs
- Use proprietary technology to manage and grow your book of business
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development
Skills
- • Self-motivated and coachable
- • Strong communication and people skills
- • High level of integrity and professionalism
- • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- • Willing to obtain a life insurance license if not currently licensed
- • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S
- No sales, financial services or insurance experience is required
