[Remote] Forward Deployed Engineer - Adobe Experience Platform

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bridge Partners is a growth consultancy serving the technology and cloud industry through transformative marketing, sales, and partner programs. The Forward Deployed Engineer will combine solution architecture, technical consulting, and hands-on engineering to help strategic customers implement, troubleshoot, and expand Adobe Experience Platform solutions. The role involves designing architectures, building prototypes, leading technical engagements, and translating customer needs into product and engineering insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with strategic customers to understand their technical environments, business objectives, and definitions of success
• Design and validate end-to-end enterprise solutions across Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and adjacent systems
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex platform issues involving data ingestion, identity resolution, journey orchestration, audience activation, and data pipelines
• Lead architecture workshops, platform health checks, technical deep-dives, and written architecture reviews that build customer trust
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new capabilities using AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of execution
• Own the technical relationship with one or more enterprise customers while collaborating with product, engineering, architecture, and executive stakeholders
• Identify recurring field needs and translate customer patterns into product feedback, technical strategy, and expansion opportunities

Skills

• 8–15+ years across solution architecture, software engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles
• Demonstrated ability to write code, build prototypes, and deliver working software grounded in implementation reality
• Strong enterprise and data architecture expertise, including APIs, integrations, data modeling, identity resolution, and customer data platforms
• Experience designing across complex, multi-system environments involving event-driven architectures, streaming or batch pipelines, data lakes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with security, compliance, privacy, data governance, and regulated environments
• Strong customer empathy, communication, business acumen, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Growth mindset, bias toward action, and fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Familiarity with data sovereignty and GDPR
• Experience with AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Target, CDPs, MDM, martech, or comparable data platforms
