[Remote] Functional Global Capability Model (GCM) Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intellectt Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a global R&D transformation initiative establishing and scaling development hubs in India and Poland. The role manages project execution and supports organizational change, workforce planning, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support organizational change management and global transformation initiatives
• Coordinate workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and transition activities
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and global R&D teams
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and prepare leadership updates
• Support business cases, change communications, and operational readiness

Skills

• Strong Project/Program Management experience in global organizations
• Organizational Change Management and Business Transformation
• Workforce planning, organizational design, and implementation
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and issue resolution
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex environment
• Pharmaceutical R&D, life sciences, or global organizational transformation experience
