The intern maintains service documentation, coordinates parts activities, tracks warranty claims, and assists with operational tasks for the Tech Van team.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain repair order documentation and service records
• Coordinate parts ordering, receipting, and filing activities
• Submit and track parts warranty claims and supporting documentation
• Support the Tech Van team with administrative and operational tasks that help keep harvest support running efficiently

Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in outdoor agricultural environments
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in agricultural equipment preferred
