Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KPG99 is recruiting a Global Technical Project Manager for a multinational organization. The role leads global UKG Pro HRIS and payroll initiatives, overseeing implementations, integrations, enhancements, and deployments while guiding technical delivery and coordinating stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UKG Pro implementations, integrations, enhancements, and deployments
- Apply hands-on UKG Pro technical knowledge to guide configuration, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with global HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams
- Drive successful delivery across multiple business units and international locations
Skills
- Strong hands-on technical experience with UKG Pro configuration, implementation, and integrations
- Experience transitioning from a technical UKG Pro role into project management or technical project leadership
- Proven experience managing enterprise HCM/HRIS projects
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
- Candidates with only UKG Workforce Management (WFM) experience or purely administrative project management backgrounds will not be a match
- UKG One View experience
- Global payroll or multinational implementation experience
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience
- Spanish, German, or Italian language proficiency
