[Remote] Healthcare Quality Specialist Expert

AfterQuery hires healthcare quality professionals as contractors to create and evaluate patient safety and quality scenarios used by frontier AI labs. The role involves authoring scenarios and reference answers, grading model outputs for methodological and regulatory accuracy, and identifying analyses that miss systemic causes.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic quality scenarios from event report through corrective action plan
• Write reference answers with the methodology behind each analysis
• Grade model output for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy
• Flag analyses that look thorough but would miss the systemic cause

Skills

• Clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification
• 2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement
• Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness
• Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans
• CPHQ, CPPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Joint Commission, CMS, or state survey experience
• HEDIS, star ratings, or registry abstraction experience
