Responsibilities
- Assess healthcare policies and legal documents for accuracy, clarity and meaningful legal detail
- Analyze U.S. healthcare policies and regulations, including HIPAA and the Anti-Kickback Statute
- Write and revise contract language so it satisfies legal requirements under U.S. healthcare law
- Identify compliance risks in healthcare legal scenarios and explain the reasoning behind your conclusions
Skills
- Juris Doctor degree and a U.S. bar admission that is active
- Substantial healthcare law practice with a major U.S. law firm or a leading healthcare-focused firm
- Professional fluency in English, with expertise in U.S. healthcare compliance such as HIPAA, the Stark Law or the Anti-Kickback Statute
