The role provides customer options, system design, and education for residential HVAC replacement sales while presenting financing options, collaborating with technicians, maintaining sales margins, and conducting follow-up calls.
Responsibilities
- Presents HVAC system replacement options
- Presents financing options
- Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
- Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
- Conducts follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate future referrals
Skills
- * \*Important\* A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record of closing deals. This is a major requirement as we are a serious company and only want serious applicants with documentation of closing deals to apply for this specific position
- * Proficient with computers and using sales technology apps
- * Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
- * Clean driving record
- * Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and close deals when the time is best. We will work with you to make sure you have plenty of personal time as well
