[Remote] Hyperscale Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Iron Mountain is seeking a Hyperscale Account Manager for its Data Center team. The role serves as the primary contact for a hyperscale client, overseeing client relationships, operational execution, commercial agreements, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact to respond to client inquiries, communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and facilitate alignment meetings across internal business teams
• Drive Operational Execution: Partner cross-functionally to ensure client assets are accurately received, processed, and reconciled while investigating discrepancies to implement process adjustments
• Manage Commercial Agreements: Interpret client Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOW), collaborate on project scoping, and oversee third-party vendors for warranty management and asset disposal
• Oversee Financial Reporting: Gather operational data to generate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), manage monthly client invoicing, and submit accurate monthly settlement reports to Finance

Skills

• Proven experience managing client relationships, driving program execution, and troubleshooting client issues within a fast-paced environment
• Strong capability to interpret commercial contracts (MSAs/SOWs), oversee project invoicing, and perform detailed data analysis for client reporting packages
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong time management to prioritize multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with business software tools
• A Bachelor's degree is strongly encouraged
