[Remote] Infra Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hexaware Technologies is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives across Microsoft 365, identity and access, data centre, and cloud environments. The role drives multiple concurrent projects from planning through migration, cutover, hypercare, and transition to BAU, ensuring delivery quality, governance, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects across M365, identity, data centre, and cloud transformation programs
• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and action trackers
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, operations, security, and business teams for aligned execution
• Identify cross-workstream risks, technical constraints, and downstream impacts early
• Validate readiness for build, test, migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and BAU transition
• Drive cutover planning, rollback planning, go/no-go readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
• Manage governance forums, decision logs, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure handover to operations with documentation, knowledge transfer, and support readiness
