Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cutter Associates is hiring an Investment Data Management Implementation Consultant to support a client’s data platform implementation. The role defines requirements, documents the target-state solution, supports implementation decisions, and incorporates data quality and governance needs into the platform.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business, data, and functional requirements
- Develop process flows, data pipelines, architecture documentation, and decision-support materials
- Develop and execute test scripts across the implementation lifecycle
- Design and build data quality rules and validation logic
- Support data governance, metadata management, and data cataloging activities
- Partner with the project’s enterprise architect on solution design and implementation
- Work closely with business, technology, and data management stakeholders throughout the implementation
Skills
- Experienced consultant with hands-on experience implementing investment data management platforms
- Experience with BNY Eagle Reference Data Center (RDC), Eagle Data Vault , or comparable platforms such as Arcesium, GoldenSource, Rimes, Markit EDM, SimCorp, or Bloomberg Data Management solutions
- Strong understanding of reference/master data, investment data pipelines, data quality, metadata, and governance
- Experience working within or closely alongside an asset manager or institutional investor's data management function
- Ability to translate business and data requirements into clear technical and process documentation
