[Remote] IT Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. System One is a provider of specialized staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, and outsourced services. The IT Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions supporting a government contracting integrator, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing requisitions, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition creation through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruiting priorities
• Create and manage requisitions within iCIMS
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and professional opportunities
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, networking, and recruiting tools
• Track recruiting activity, compensation information, and hiring metrics in spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Support incumbent capture and transition recruiting efforts
• Attend virtual and in-person hiring events as needed
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Hands-on experience with iCIMS is required
• Experience recruiting for technical, IT, or government contracting positions
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ClearanceJobs, or similar platforms
• Strong candidate engagement and phone screening skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience supporting federal civilian or government contractor hiring programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-driven recruiting tools
• Knowledge of EEOC guidelines and recruiting best practices
