Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A-Line Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a project-based ServiceNow implementation role supporting an enterprise rollout. The role focuses on UAT, configuration validation, training, implementation coordination, and go-live and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Support ServiceNow implementation activities from planning and testing through go-live and hypercare
- Develop, execute, and maintain UAT test scripts and test scenarios
- Identify, document, track, and retest system defects through resolution
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, forms, workflows, user permissions, and service catalog functionality
- Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Create end-user training materials, user guides, job aids, and administrator documentation
- Deliver virtual and instructor-led training sessions to support system adoption
- Assist with user and group administration, configuration validation, and implementation readiness
- Maintain implementation documentation, track project milestones, and coordinate stakeholder communications
- Provide go-live and post-implementation hypercare support
Skills
- 2+ years of ServiceNow administration, configuration, or implementation support experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow user/group management, form validation, workflows, and service catalog functionality
- Strong experience with the full User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle
- Experience developing and executing test scripts, documenting defects, and validating resolutions
- Experience creating training materials, user guides, and technical documentation
- Ability to deliver training and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- HR Operations or HR Systems experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Previous ServiceNow implementation or deployment experience
- Go-live readiness and hypercare support experience
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams
