[Remote] K-5 Character Education Curriculum Writer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MGT provides technology and advisory solutions to state, local, and education government agencies across the United States. The K-5 Character Education Curriculum Writer will create and adapt standards-aligned curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and student materials that support social-emotional learning, ethical decision-making, and positive citizenship. The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts and instructional teams, revising content based on client feedback, and supporting teacher professional learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt Character Education curriculum and instructional materials (units, lesson plans, assessments, student materials)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers
• Incorporate evidence-based best practices in Character Education instruction
• Revise materials based on client feedback
• Support development of professional learning materials for teachers
• Apply knowledge of current trends in Character Education
• Integrate innovative strategies and tools to enhance learner engagement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field
• Familiarity with AI tools and comfort learning new software platforms
