Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sonova hires a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic audiology and ENT partners. The role combines business development and hearing care expertise to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and build lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored business plans for key accounts, aligning clinical and operational goals
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned practices and groups
- Build trusted relationships with audiologists, ENTs, and decision-makers
- Identify revenue opportunities through process improvements, KPIs, patient acquisition, and marketing
- Advise on scheduling, referrals, and family-centered care
- Conduct performance reviews and ROI analyses
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
- Promote new products and initiatives to support practice success
- Negotiate agreements that balance customer satisfaction and profitability
- Deliver training 1-on-1 and to large groups
- Manage CRM records, pipeline, and forecasting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
- Report on account performance, risks, and opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in hearing healthcare
- Deep understanding of audiology operations and market dynamics
- Driven, accountable, curious, and growth-minded
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Executive presence; comfortable with C-suite engagement
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- MBA a plus
- Experience in consultative growth and business strategy a plus
- Experience with Phonak technology preferred
