Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GTT is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to provide financial insights that influence senior-level decision-making and drive business performance. The role leads financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional business partnership, while mentoring junior analysts and improving finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders
- Identify key performance drivers and recommend opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial guidance and strategic support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational objectives and long-term business strategy
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, tools, and methodologies
- Present complex financial information in a clear and commercially relevant manner
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that support organisational goals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting analytical excellence and professional development
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a related finance role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience
- Deep understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- FP&A experience within technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or other subscription-based revenue environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning applications
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring colleagues
