Crossing Hurdles is hiring a Legal Counsel to create and refine expert-level legal tasks across contract, litigation-support, and legal-research workflows. The role applies quality standards and SME guidance, incorporates review feedback, and improves task accuracy and practical applicability.
Responsibilities
- Create expert-level legal tasks and solutions across contract, litigation-support, and legal-research workflows
- Evaluate and refine tasks to meet quality standards for accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability
- Work under senior review and incorporate calibration feedback to continuously improve task quality
- Apply rubric standards and guidance established by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead
Skills
- 3 8 years of legal practice
- JD or equivalent legal qualification with active US bar admission
- Strong experience in contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and translate them into practical, high-quality tasks
- Paralegals and Legal Assistants should not apply
