- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards to communicate key metrics to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with the R&D and Product Development teams to provide analytical support for the design, validation, and commercialization of new early-detection oncology and MRD assays.
- Work closely with Bioinformatics engineers to analyze pipeline outputs and support the strategic scaling of robust data pipelines.
- Ensure all data management and reporting processes align with strict regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, IEC).
- Support documentation and risk management efforts as part of a robust Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for our NGS systems.
- Identify bottlenecks in laboratory workflows and propose data-backed solutions to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a clinical laboratory, biotech, academia or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with genomic data, bioinformatics workflows, and clinical assay validation.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (FDA, CLIA, CAP, ISO) and software quality standards.
- High proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, strategic business recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of working effectively across scientific, technical, and business teams.
