Responsibilities
- Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital marketing strategies
- Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations
- Understand individual goals, priorities, and professional aspirations
- Share program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process
- Build meaningful professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
- Independently manage your schedule, activities, and results
Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Background in leadership, consulting, organizational development, coaching, business development, client relationships, marketing, communications, or related professional fields
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual goals
- Self-motivation and the discipline to work independently
- Willingness to learn and apply established systems
