[Remote] Senior Analyst - Experience & Marketing Insights

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is hiring a Senior Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through analysis, reporting, dashboards, and research. The role provides insights to decision-makers and supports Marketing Operations, data quality, and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and produce applicable insights
• Define Segmentation models across our propositions, programs and audiences
• Perform regular data audits to ensure confidence in a single source of truth
• Develop data modeling and data appending from multiple sources to provide a deeper understanding and personalization's
• Help identify status or membership type changes for members or students
• Establish and implement best practice, and roll out training relating to Data sharing requests to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Design dashboards and reports that track performance using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Use data visualization to present complex data
• Deliver new ways of applying technology and automation in reporting
• Provide support to Marketing operations to ensure their data sources are reliable and promote automation and streamlined customer journeys

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and delivery insights to business teams
• Experience using Python and Power BI for advanced modeling
• Experience with SQL
