[Remote] M&A Attorney, Part-Time Legal AI Review - Remote (United States)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OpenTrain AI hires experienced M&A lawyers for part-time legal AI review work. The role involves evaluating AI responses to legal scenarios, drafting expert responses, researching transactions, and annotating datasets to help train and improve legal AI models.

Responsibilities

• Review M&A documents and model outputs against project guidelines
• Draft or refine expert responses, then make the legal reasoning easy to follow
• Research M&A and private equity transactions to support accurate legal evaluations
• Annotate legal scenarios, refine datasets, and apply evaluation rubrics and quality checks

Skills

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and active US bar admission
• Substantial experience with M&A transactions, private equity, corporate advice, and corporate or transactional litigation
• Strong legal research, drafting and transaction-document review skills, with fluent English and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
• No AI experience needed
• An Am Law 100 or comparable leading US firm background
