[Remote] Manager, Finance - Planning & Analysis

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization serving North Carolina. The Manager, Finance – Planning & Analysis leads an assigned finance unit and oversees financial planning, budget control, forecasting, reporting, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned Finance unit and supervise staff responsible for financial processes
• Lead execution of financial planning, forecasting, and its related reporting activities
• Oversee preparation of periodic department reporting and related reviews with relevant executives
• Monitor financial performance to budget and identify risks, variances, and areas requiring corrective action relative to budgets and forecasts
• Manage performance, development, and accountability of assigned team members

Skills

• Associate's degree in a Business field and three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR
• Bachelor's degree in a Business field and one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment now or in the future (ex: OPT F-1, J-1)
• Master's degree in a Business field
• Experience managing budgets
• Supervision of two (2) or more employees
