[Remote] Manager of Payer Revenue Medicaid

Ascension Living is hiring a Manager of Payer Revenue Medicaid to lead reimbursement team operations and oversee payer revenue processes. The role is responsible for third-party systems and audits, accurate filings and regulatory appeals, and serving as a resource for management, auditors, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership: Manage reimbursement team operations, hiring, evaluations, and ongoing staff development
• Systems & Audits: Oversee third-party calculation systems, annual audits, and required financial reporting
• Compliance & Appeals: Ensure strict accuracy on all third-party filings and coordinate regulatory appeals
• Expert Liaison: Act as the main resource for internal management, external auditors, and consultants

Skills

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Accountant preferred
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
