Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Beacon Hill is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance its established NetSuite ERP environment. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders on system operations, enhancements, troubleshooting, integrations, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security controls
- Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations
- Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users
- Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity
- Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors
- Develop user documentation and training materials
- Train users and encourage adoption of NetSuite functionality
- Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting, workflows, automation, and process improvement
- Support testing and development of automated test scripts
- Stay current on NetSuite functionality, releases, and system best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification
- 2+ years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP
- 1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams and requirements
- Knowledge of NetSuite functionality such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts including general ledger and accounts payable
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- NetSuite integrations, APIs, or third-party applications
- NetSuite workflow and process automation
- Data migration and system configuration
- End-user training and documentation
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting
