Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eide Bailly LLP is hiring a NetSuite Managed Services Consultant to support clients using NetSuite. The role guides clients through implementation and provides support across requirements gathering, project planning, system design, data migration, customization, training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- We guide clients through every phase of their NetSuite implementation, from requirements gathering and project planning to system design, data migration, customization, and training and support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with NetSuite or another ERP, with at least 3 years working hands-on in NetSuite
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Deep functional expertise in either of these areas: + Financials: GL, AP/AR, month-end close, consolidations/multi-subsidiary, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and financial reporting + Operations: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehouse management (WMS)
- Understanding of how operational transactions affect the financials, and the reverse
- Able to work through support tickets, enhancement requests, and projects on your own, from requirements through testing and deployment
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and GitHub to work more efficiently and improve client processes
- Track record of high client satisfaction, both internally and externally
- Strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
- *Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.*
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation)
- Experience in managed services or supporting NetSuite clients after go-live
- Working knowledge of both financials and operations
