[Remote] Operations Support Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quest Global is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to develop and execute product recovery plans and support delivery recovery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors production readiness and recovery commitments, and consolidates operational data using ERP and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain product-specific recovery plans
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve constraints impacting delivery
• Assess production readiness, capacity, and risk, and converting findings into actionable activities
• Daily monitor progress against recovery commitments, including escalation of risks and critical issues
• Consolidate operational data into Buyer-standard recovery decks, Line of Balance trackers, and WIP trackers
• Utilization of Buyer-standard ERP tools (e.g., SAP), tracking systems, and reporting tools to complete required Services
• Drive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs
• Periodic interface is required with both internal and external customers’ location, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and follow-ups with the supply chain and value stream leaders

Skills

• A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience
• Strong Communication skills
• SAP knowledge
• Supply chain experience
• Production Control concepts, including WIP management LOB and TAKT
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts
• Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
• Prior Aerospace Defense experience preferred
