Prodware Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle CDM Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Oracle Customer Data Management solutions. The role works with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage customer master data, improve data quality, reduce duplicate records, establish customer hierarchies, and maintain a unified view of customer information.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle CDM (Customer Data Management) Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Oracle Customer Data Management solutions
- The consultant will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage customer master data, improve data quality, eliminate duplicate records, establish customer hierarchies, and maintain a reliable, unified view of customer information
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CDM and customer master data management
- Strong understanding of customer profiles, account management, party relationships, and customer data models
- Experience configuring matching rules, duplicate detection, survivorship, and merge capabilities
- Knowledge of customer data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and standardization
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and related modules, particularly Customer Data Management and Customer Relationship Management
- Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP web services, and enterprise application integrations
- Experience with data migration, SQL, data validation, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Oracle security, roles, privileges, and data access controls
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
