The role involves consultative phone sales, closing deals, tracking activity in a CRM, and improving results through coaching and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to provided leads—no cold calling
• Lead consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and close
• Work toward clear goals and document activity in the CRM
• Use coaching and product knowledge to strengthen your results

Skills

• A proven record in outbound, B2C, telemarketing, or inside sales
• Confidence closing sales and overcoming objections by phone
• Persistence and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
• Strong communication skills
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
