Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Digital United is seeking a part-time Human Resources Intern for the fall to support its HR team. The intern will assist with onboarding, recruitment, employee records, engagement activities, and HR compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases and files
- Assist with recruitment processes, and scheduling interviews
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation
Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR practices
