The role develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for clinical candidates, particularly for pharmacy positions, and partners with recruiters and hiring leaders to support hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified clinical candidates, including pharmacists, pharmacy manager
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms, referrals, social media, professional associations, and networking events
