[Remote] Pipe Stress Engineer (Remote/Hybrid)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. On-Board Services is recruiting a Pipe Stress Engineer for a confidential client, described as a global professional services firm. The role supports engineering tasks for industrial and commercial facility projects, with responsibility for schedule and technical quality and for contributing to multidisciplinary design work.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule
• Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and design a variety of equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial and industrial projects

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of pipe stress analysis and support design
• In order to be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience working in construction environments, including field verifications
• Experience with pipe stress analysis software such as AutoPIPE and Caesar II
• Experience with design tools such as Navisworks and AutoCAD
