[Remote] Platform Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) delivers electrical distribution systems and solutions for complex power needs. The Platform Administrator manages a portfolio of Field Service projects through documentation, invoicing readiness, data integrity, compliance, commissioning support, reporting, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Field Service projects from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout
• Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and project records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
• Manage IEM Procore inspections, including reviewing inspection documentation, and ensuring required documentation supports invoicing and project closeout
• Verify invoicing readiness by ensuring required project documentation, inspections, commissioning records, and customer requirements are complete and accurate
• Support commissioning activities by participating in commissioning calls and maintaining commissioning documentation
• Generate and maintain operational reports to monitor project status, invoice readiness, and project closeout
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, support process improvements, assist with training, and perform other duties as assigned
• Perform other duties, which may be required by supervisor

Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Project Management or similar position
• This position requires minimal travel, with the possibility of occasional travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
