Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ProKatchers LLC is seeking a Platform Engineer to support engineering teams and platform infrastructure. The role focuses on hands-on build and CI support, troubleshooting CI agents and failures, handling urgent build requests, collaborating with infrastructure teams, and improving operational runbooks.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Build and CI support to mobile, backend, and data engineers, helping them diagnose and resolve build and infrastructure issues
- Manage and troubleshoot CI agents, including agent health, capacity, failures, and operational issues
- Investigate CI failures, flakiness, and performance problems, and drive issues through to resolution
- Help with urgent build requests when teams need to get unblocked quickly
- Collaborate across Client Platform and Platform Developer Experience Studio and related infrastructure teams, escalating decisions or incidents quickly when needed
- Help us improve our existing runbooks and add new ones
