The Principal Engineer, Service Delivery - Networking role supports customer deployments by coordinating technical teams, troubleshooting enterprise AI data center solutions, resolving potential issues, and maintaining strong cross-functional communications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our technical solution team members to meet customer needs
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact; facilitating continuous improvement
- Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience
- Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise level hardware/software AI data center solutions
- Subject matter expert in key technology areas including server, storage, and networking
- Adherence in established organizational common practices and delivery methodologies
Skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong experience with: Networking and Networking protocols
- Layer 2 & Layer 3 switching
- SANs including iSCSI and Fiber Channel
- Experience with AI deployments
- Hyper-Converged Infrastructure experience
- High Performance Cluster experience
- 10+ years of related industry experience with bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Industry certifications desired (CCNA,CCNP, Nvidia Certifications, etc.)
