[Remote] Product Engineer, Growth

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wispr is hiring a Product Engineer, Growth to help users move from trying Flow to relying on it. The role focuses on improving onboarding and activation, running trustworthy experiments, closing funnel gaps, and prototyping new interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation curve: onboarding, first use, habit formation
• Ship experiments fast, read results honestly, graduate winners and kill losers
• Improve the randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis that make results trustworthy
• Close funnel gaps across platforms with the teams that own the product experience
• Prototype novel interactive experiences to unlock growth

Skills

• You've moved a funnel metric and can explain the before, the after, and why your work caused it
• You've killed your own experiments when the evidence said so
• You ship fast at production quality and prefer several clear iterations to one perfect launch
• You answer product questions with data and know when the measurement is misleading
• You take ownership when the problem, or the path forward, is ambiguous
• Product-led growth, experimentation platform, or SQL experience
• Voice, ML, or native desktop and mobile experience
