[Remote] Product Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Abnormal AI is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to position its behavioral-AI-driven security products and make complex cybersecurity concepts clear to buyers. The role develops product messaging and launch strategies, creates buyer-facing content, supports demand generation and sales enablement, conducts customer research, and represents the company in external forums.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning that makes Abnormal's approach impossible to confuse with anyone else's
• Lead internal and external product launches across sales enablement, press, digital, and other channels
• Partner with Marketing teams to drive demand and pipeline through acquisition and upsell messaging aligned to the buyer's journey
• Own end-to-end launch strategies for incremental updates and feature releases, not just the big moments
• Create and maintain product content, including collateral, thought leadership, solution presentations, website content, videos, and blogs
• Conduct customer research to understand what buyers need and let it sharpen the messaging
• Enable sales teams and channel partners on product value and joint solutions
• Represent Abnormal as a speaker in external forums

Skills

• 5+ years experience producing written content for buyers, ideally within cybersecurity, with samples available
• Experience managing product launches in high-velocity environments
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to explain complex concepts to buyers clearly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to execute independently and efficiently
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across organizational levels
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for Abnormal's mission and a commitment to customer and partner success
