[Remote] Program Manager - Analytics & Business Intelligence

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intelliswift is seeking a Program Manager III to drive strategic analytics and business intelligence initiatives for a global content, media, and creator-focused organization. The role leads cross-functional workstreams, develops reporting and analytics capabilities, and provides data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams focused on analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
• Establish operating rhythms that ensure alignment across stakeholders, teams, and project dependencies
• Drive project planning, roadmap development, milestone tracking, and risk management activities
• Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder needs
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with analytics, engineering, and operations teams to improve data access, reporting capabilities, and self-service intelligence solutions
• Prepare executive-ready communications, project updates, and presentations for leadership audiences
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance business intelligence capabilities
• Help translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
• Manage ad hoc projects and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a related field
• Strong hands-on analytics experience, including SQL, reporting, dashboard development, metrics analysis, and data interpretation
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Experience developing project plans, roadmaps, dependency management frameworks, and governance processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working independently and bringing structure to ambiguous business challenges
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience supporting large-scale business intelligence, analytics, or reporting initiatives
• Experience working with data infrastructure, reporting platforms, or analytics engineering teams
• Background in consulting, strategy, business operations, or analytics-focused program management
• Familiarity with digital media, entertainment, creator economy, music, streaming, sports, or content-driven businesses
• Experience operating within large, global, matrixed organizations
• Experience designing or supporting self-service reporting and analytics solutions
